Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how TIKA orders are fulfilled. Although Shopify uses the term “Shipping Policy” as a standard store policy page, TIKA is fulfilled through an offline installation appointment at an authorized service point. We do not ship a standalone physical product to customers, and customers do not need to install the product themselves.

1. No physical shipping

TIKA orders do not involve parcel delivery, courier shipment, postal delivery, or delivery of a standalone product to the customer’s address. Customers will not receive hardware for self-installation.

Because TIKA must be installed and activated by an authorized service point, fulfillment is completed through an in-person installation appointment rather than physical shipping.

2. Appointment selection before checkout

Before placing an order, customers select an available installation appointment and an authorized TIKA service point. The appointment time and service point are selected before checkout so that the customer understands where and when installation will take place.

Service point availability may vary depending on city, vehicle brand, vehicle model, vehicle year, supported configuration, and appointment availability.

3. Redemption code after purchase

After checkout is completed, the customer will receive a redemption code or order confirmation. The customer must present the redemption code at the selected authorized service point at the scheduled appointment time.

The redemption code is used to verify the order and complete the installation and activation process. Once the redemption code has been used and installation is completed, the order is considered fulfilled.

4. Installation at an authorized service point

Customers must bring the selected vehicle to the authorized TIKA service point at the scheduled appointment time. TIKA installation should only be performed by an authorized service point or technician. Customers are not required to, and should not attempt to, install the product themselves.

At the service point, the technician may verify the order, redemption code, vehicle information, supported configuration, and any information needed to complete installation and activation.

5. Installation fees

All standard installation fees are included in the order price unless otherwise stated at checkout. Customers do not need to pay a separate standard installation fee at the service point for the same order.

If any additional non-standard service, vehicle-specific work, or optional service may involve extra fees, this should be communicated to the customer before the additional service is performed.

6. Customer responsibilities

To help us complete installation smoothly, customers should attend the selected service point at the scheduled appointment time, bring the correct vehicle selected during checkout, present the redemption code or order confirmation, and ensure the vehicle is reasonably available and suitable for installation.

If the customer cannot attend the appointment or needs to change the appointment, the customer should contact us as soon as possible at support@tikakey.com. Appointment changes may depend on service point availability.

7. Missed, changed, or cancelled appointments

If a customer misses an appointment or needs to change the appointment, we will try to help reschedule based on available service point capacity. If the redemption code has not been used and installation has not been completed, the customer may request a refund under our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Once the redemption code has been used and installation has been completed, the order is considered fulfilled and will be handled according to our Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Service areas

TIKA installation is available only through authorized service points shown or confirmed during the order and appointment process. Service coverage may expand over time, but availability is not guaranteed for every location, vehicle brand, model, year, or configuration.
