The TIKA website provides information about TIKA digital key products, vehicle compatibility, installation services, subscription features, customer support, and related online checkout pages.

TIKA is not fulfilled by shipping a standalone product to the customer. TIKA products and services are fulfilled through offline installation at an authorized service point. Customers select an installation appointment and service point before checkout, receive a redemption code after purchase, and present the redemption code at the selected service point for installation and activation.
